Do you intend to transfer your ticket to another person? For Tatkal tickets, however no changes will be accepted.
Officially you're not allowed to correct/change your id number in the booked ticket. Changes are moreover difficult to do in case of Tatkal tickets.
If there is little mistake then TTE may allow you to travel using the ticket.
If you're considered without ticket due to id mismatch issue, you'll be issued a new ticket and you'll need to pay ticket fare in full again but you'll be allowed to keep your berth and it'll not be passed to other passengers( RAC or Wait-listed).
